Jennifer Adams, CEO
Jennifer is a senior health care professional with over 25 years of progressive experience directing, planning and managing large scale health care policy, programs and systems development. Strong collaboration skills with external heath care network providers and Medicaid. Unwavering commitment to the highest levels of professional and personal excellence. Skilled negotiator with ability to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of health care information systems and enterprise operations. Jennifer spent 10 years at the Department of Veterans Affairs building our programs for Community Care that included Revenue Operations, the Office of Community Care and the Office of Integrated Veteran Care. As the former Senior Executive over the Community Care Network Contracts, Jennifer has experience in designing, building and deploying large government programs. Jennifer also spent 15 years at BlueCross BlueShield of TN where she served in a variety of roles including implementation of all aspects of HIPAA, building and deploying a Statewide Health Information Exchange and providing in-house counsel services to the organization.
Tina Fisher Cartwright, M.Ed., Managing Partner
Tina is a distinguished health care executive with a rich and diverse background in the field of behavioral healthcare. Originally educated as a clinician, Tina has embarked on a remarkable journey, co-founding and owning five companies – both not-for profit and for-profit ventures, thus establishing herself as a serial entrepreneur. Tina’s extensive experience encompasses various facets of behavioral healthcare, ranging from direct treatment services to management, including inpatient/outpatient treatment services, community care/case management, utilization review and oversite, program development, compliance and quality assurance, revenue cycle management, including billing, contracting and credentialing and implementation and management of large multi-statewide contracts/projects, such as federally mandated audits and PASAR. Tina is known for her exceptional organizational abilities and keen aptitude for solving complex challenges. Her diverse experience has honed her problem-solving, implementation and leadership skills, setting them apart as a true industry expert.
Michael Cartwright
Michael is a respected addiction industry pillar and a noted behavioral healthcare entrepreneur who has been instrumental in establishing addiction treatment centers across the United States. As the co-founder of two large addiction treatment centers, one being the nation’s first publicly traded company solely dedicated to the treatment of addiction. Michael has directly supervised 15+ federally funded studies that are the foundation of his addiction treatment program, and led him to being a published author of “Believable Hope: 5 Essential Elements of Overcoming Any Addiction”. As a charismatic entrepreneur, he was named one of 50 inspirational entrepreneurs to watch in 2017. Along with this honor he was also appointed to the US Senate Help Subcommittee on Substance Abuse and Mental health Services from 2003-2004, a bipartisan Technical Advisory Workgroup. He has also served on NASADAD/NASMHPD joint Task Force. Michael is incredibly passionate about the work he does and has pioneered research and innovation to promote recovery from addiction.
